Key Responsibilities:
– Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company’s growth and innovation goals, identifying opportunities to our promote services and software solutions. Conduct market research on client needs, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
– Content Development & Management: Create engaging content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers) highlighting expertise and software benefits. Create marketing materials displaying company’s software benefits, ensuring all content is SEO-optimised and brand-aligned.
– Digital Marketing: Manage social media accounts and execute email campaigns to boost engagement, highlight software updates, and analyse performance with tools like Google Analytics.
– Software Collaboration & Promotion: Work closely with the software development team to understand new features and effectively market them. Create user guides, tutorials, and promotional materials while gathering client feedback to improve software usability.
– Event Management: Represent the firm at events and organise webinars, workshops, and demos to highlight software capabilities.
– Collaboration & Reporting: Align marketing initiatives with business objectives and prepare performance reports on campaigns in collaboration with the Incorpro team.
Key Requirements:
– 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in tech or professional services.
– Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, with proficiency in
SEO, PPC, and social media strategies.
– Strong interest in software development, excellent writing skills, and experience with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
