The Recruitment Co-Ordinator will work closely with the HR Team, to manage our Student Placement and Graduate placement programmes. Support the identification of top talent for the organisation and proactively manage a diverse talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Enhance the company’s employer brand by promoting its culture, values and benefits to attract high-quality candidates, to include College Placement Students and Graduates.
Build and maintain relationships with universities and career services to uncover opportunities for sourcing top graduate talent.
Coordinate and oversee logistics for career fairs, including event planning and reservations.
Represent Walls Construction at career fairs, showcasing the company’s opportunities.
Management of our College Student Placement programme and our Graduate Placement programme.
Advertise placement opportunities and Graduate positions with relevant colleges.
Managing the onboarding and offboarding of student placements to include organizing end of placement presentation.
Ensuring that reviews are completed for Students before their leaving date.
Inputting new starter details on the HR system and the collation and follow up of documentation, training certs etc required.
As requested, source qualified candidates, review cvs, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner.
Actively managing communications with candidates regarding progress and outcome of interviews.
Co-ordinating key activities associated with the onboarding process.
Assist with Work Permit and Visa applications.
Manage relations with agency partners through proactive engagement.
Maintaining recruitment systems on a daily / weekly basis so as to ensure information is kept up-to-date for weekly and monthly reports.
Engage with the wider HR team and relevant Site Teams ahead of new joiners starting to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Raising PO requests to ensure timely payment of recruitment invoices.
Post recruitment adverts across all relevant social media platforms, job boards etc.
Monitor recruitment mailbox.
Keep up to date with current recruitment trends and best practices and bring forward and take part actively in initiatives to continually improve the quality and efficiency of our sourcing, recruitment and hiring processes.
Conduct exit interviews and develop quarterly and annual reports.

Experience:

Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and analytical thinking ability
Ability to create strong stakeholder relationships with a proven track record of gaining buy-in
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and integrate multiple points of view into a streamlined action plan.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and a high level of confidentiality
